Dr. Robert Parsa

Since junior high school, Dr. Robert Parsa had passion for medicine. He pursued his dream of becoming a physician as a student at University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated with honors in biological sciences. He attended medical school at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and after graduation, he completed his residency at Tulane University Medical Center.

Board certified (AAPS) in family medicine, Dr. Parsa has practiced medicine in Alabama since 1994. In 2003, he founded QuickCare Family Medicine. He has enjoyed serving the Hoover area and beyond for more than eight years.

Minerva "Cookie" Vargas

Minerva “Cookie” Vargas, office manager/receptionist, has been with QuickCare family Medicine since the beginning. She has been a great asset and very efficient manager. She is very courteous, responsible, and caring toward the patients.

Tracy Ramirez


Tracey Ramirez, licensed practical nurse (LPN), has been with QuickCare Family Medicine since April 2005. She has vast medical knowledge and experience. Performing the ultrasound is one of her expertise. She is very reliable, team player, and works hard under pressure.

Maria Catano

Maria Catano, medical assistant, has been with QuickCare Family Medicine since February 2007. She is a wonderful medical assistant with a lot of experience in patient care, especially pediatrics and phlebotomy. She is calm and dedicated.
